The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "Conditions") is to regulate the relationship between GESTIÓ LLÚRIA, S.L. (hereinafter, "CASA LLIMONA") and you (hereinafter, the "Client"), relating to all transactions carried out through the www.casallimonahotel.com website, owned by CASA LLIMONA.
The contracting of any service offered on the website implies the Client's unreserved acceptance of these Conditions, as well as of the Specific Conditions that, where appropriate, may be applied to specific services.
CASA LLIMONA reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Therefore, we recommend that the Client review them periodically before making any purchase to ensure that they understand the terms that will be applicable to such transaction.

CASA LLIMONA reserves the right to determine, at any time, the range of services available to customers. This implies that CASA LLIMONA may add new services to existing ones without prior notice, as well as eliminate or temporarily suspend any of the current services.
To contract the services offered on www.casallimonahotel.com, the user must follow the instructions provided during the purchase process, which implies reading and accepting all the general and conditions established on our website.
User registration is not a requirement for bookings; however, certain personal data of the user will be required to process any booking.
4. AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS
CASA LLIMONA offers the following procedures for the provision of services:
To make a reservation, it is essential to accept the conditions set out in the service contract. Bookings must be made through our website www.casallimonahotel.com, filling in the appropriate section the user's personal data required, such as name, surname, ID or passport, country, telephone number and email address. In addition, the necessary data will be requested in accordance with Order IRP/418/2010, which establishes the obligation to register and communicate to the Directorate General of the Police the information of guests staying in accommodation establishments in Catalonia, if applicable.
The booking section will show the available dates for the stay.
It is the user's responsibility to verify the veracity of the data provided, as these will be used to confirm the booking and for any other related communication. CASA LLIMONA will not assume responsibility for inconveniences caused by the inaccuracy of the information provided.
For your convenience, you may choose to send a photograph of your passports or identity documents (on both sides) to the email hola@casallimonahotel.com, which is necessary to complete the check-in process. It is clarified that the driving license is not valid for this procedure.
Once the payment has been confirmed, CASA LLIMONA will proceed to formalize the booking, detailing the services included in it.
CASA LLIMONA is not responsible for any damages that users may suffer due to interruptions, suspensions or cancellations of the website service derived from failures in telecommunications networks beyond our control.
5. CONTRACTING PROCESS
To make a reservation in www.casallimonahotel.com, it is an essential requirement that the client is of legal age. The following are the steps to follow to complete the reservation:
- Selection of check-in and check-out dates.
- Choice of number of guests.
- Selection of one or more rooms.
- Choice of accommodation rate type.
- Fill in the personal data necessary for the reservation.
- Acceptance of the general conditions and the privacy policy.
- Enter your bank card details to make the payment and, if applicable, secure the booking using a secure payment gateway.
- Confirmation of the reservation and display of the confirmation page.
CASA LLIMONA will create an electronic document that formalizes the reservation and will make it available to the client, sending an email with the details at the end of the reservation process. This document will be referred to as "The Contract" and will be filed in digital format. The client is advised to print and/or keep a copy of the general conditions, as well as the acknowledgement of receipt sent by CASA LLIMONA by email.
To confirm your reservation, a credit card number will be requested. A charge of 100% will be made for the non-refundable rate and 50% for the standard rate.
CASA LLIMONA reserves the right to correct any errors in the rate calculated by the system. In this case, the property will notify the customer of the correct rate within a maximum period of 48 hours, and the customer will have the option of accepting the change or cancelling their booking free of charge.
After formalizing the reservation, the customer is urged to review the details of the reservation to detect possible errors in the entry of data. To correct any mistakes, the customer can contact customer service or use the link provided in the booking confirmation email.
BILLING
The customer consents to receive the invoice in electronic format, which will be sent to the email address provided. The customer may revoke this consent at any time and request the invoice in paper format, by sending a request via email.
6. PROVISION OF THE SERVICE
The service will be provided at the CASA LLIMONA establishment as follows:
Upon arrival, guests will receive detailed information about the booked service, as well as an introduction to the available facilities and instructions for their proper use.
The hotel staff will be available to assist guests 24 hours a day. As a general rule, unless specifically agreed with CASA LLIMONA, the rooms will be available for use from 3:00 p.m. on the day of check-in and must be vacated before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Children under 2 years old stay free of charge. Cots are available on request; Please make sure to include this requirement in the relevant section when making your booking.
In the event of a discrepancy in the number of guests staying in a room with respect to the number indicated in the reservation, a supplement of 25% will be applied to the price of the stay. Guests will be properly informed, and the difference will be reflected in their final bill.
During check-in, all guests will be required to present a valid photo ID (ID or passport). They must also provide a valid credit card that can be used as a guarantee for the stay, if applicable.
CASA LLIMONA declines all responsibility for accidents caused by the improper use of the facilities or by those related to their equipment.
7. PRICES, EXPENSES AND TAXES
The prices of the services available in www.casallimonahotel.com are presented in euros, unless otherwise indicated, and will remain in force for the established period, except in the case of typographical errors.
The final prices of all services, including features, offers, promotions and discounts, are detailed in the description of each of the services offered on the website.
- All prices include VAT at 10%.
- Other additional expenses: The Catalonia tourist rate, also known as the Tax on stays in tourist establishments, is not included in the price. This tax applies per person per night. The applicable amount will be the one in force at the time of booking and will be paid directly to the hotel. The tax applies only to those over 16 years of age and is limited to a maximum of 7 nights per person. The rate applied will be that stipulated in the decrees and regulations in force.
Prices for services are subject to change. In this case, the price in force on the date of the booking will be applied. However, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before its final acceptance.
8. PAYMENT METHODS
CASA LLIMONA facilitates the following payment options for your convenience:
a. By credit or debit card
Payments can be made securely using our SSL-encrypted protected payment gateway provided by our bank. In the event of a refund or cancellation of the booking, the refund will be processed using the same means of payment used in the original transaction.
9. WITHDRAWAL POLICY
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification and without incurring additional costs, except for those stipulated in articles 107.2 and 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Accommodation services or services related to leisure activities, in cases where the contract stipulates specific dates or periods of performance.
The withdrawal period for service contracts will be 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract. To exercise this right, the user must notify CASA LLIMONA of their decision to withdraw.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal entails the termination of the contracted service. CASA LLIMONA will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium.
In the event of withdrawal, CASA LLIMONA will reimburse the client for the payments received, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract is informed. The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, as long as the service is not subject to the exceptions mentioned above.
10. CANCELLATION POLICY
CASA LLIMONA applies the following cancellation policy, which the client accepts when making a reservation:
To cancel or modify your reservation, it is essential that you communicate in writing, by sending an email to hola@casallimonahotel.com. The effectiveness of such cancellation or modification will be conditional on confirmation of receipt by CASA LLIMONA through the same channel.
Non-Refundable Rate:
- Full payment for the stay is made at the time of booking.
- Such prepayment will not be refundable under any circumstances, even if the booking is cancelled.
- The use of a credit card is mandatory to make the reservation.
- Once the reservation is confirmed, the total amount will be charged to the credit card provided.
Standard Rate:
- A payment of 50% of the total reservation is required.
- This payment will be made automatically five days before the date of entry.
- The remaining 50% will be paid during check-in.
- A credit card is required as a guarantee at the time of booking.
- The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to five days before check-in, before the automatic charge is made.
- In case of cancellation within five days prior to the check-in date, the 50% already charged on the credit card will be lost.
11. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
CASA LLIMONA reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or cancel partially or totally the contracted services at any time and without prior notice. However, this faculty will not affect services that have been booked by registered users or that are subject to prior contracting, which will be subject to their specific contracting conditions.
12. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS
To file any complaint or claim with CASA LLIMONA, the customer must contact customer service. The necessary information for this purpose will be made available to users.
In accordance with the EU Consumer Online Dispute Resolution regulations and in accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the customer is informed that the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, accessible at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
CASA LLIMONA shall not be liable for failure to perform or delay in performance of any of the obligations we assume under a contract where such failure or delay is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure").
Force Majeure shall mean any act, event, failure to exercise, omission or accident which is beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to:
- Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
- Civil commotion, revuelta, invasion, terrorist attack the threat of terrorist attack, war (declared the no) threatens war preparations.
such failure or delay is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure").
Force Majeure shall mean any act, event, failure to exercise, omission or accident which is beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to:
- Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
- Civil commotion, revuelta, invasion, terrorist attack the threat of terrorist attack, war (declared the no) threatens war preparations.
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
- Impossibility of using trains, ships, planes, motorized transport or other means of transport, public or private.
- Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.
- Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government or authority.
Our obligations arising from the contracts will be understood to be suspended during the period in which Force Majeure continues, and we will have an extension in the term to perform such obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure situation. We will use all reasonable means to end the Force Majeure situation or to find a solution that allows us to perform our contractual obligations despite the Force Majeure.

14. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
CASA LLIMONA reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or cancel partially or totally the contracted services at any time and without prior notice. However, this faculty will not affect services that have been booked by registered users or that are subject to prior contracting, which will be subject to their specific contracting conditions.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CASA LLIMONA is not responsible for any damages that may arise from:
- Errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid it.
- Damages that may arise from the improper or inappropriate use of the website by users.
- Operability or problems in the email address provided by the user for sending the booking confirmation.
Under no circumstances will CASA LLIMONA be liable for any losses or damages that may arise from improper use of our services by users.
15. FINAL PROVISIONS
CASA LLIMONA reserves the right to modify the conditions established herein at any time, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of these conditions will depend on their exposure and will be in force until they are modified by others duly published.
16. SAFEGUARD CLAUSE
If any of the clauses included in these general conditions is declared, in whole or in part, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, the rest of the general conditions remaining in force and such provision will be considered totally or partially as not included.
17. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
These conditions are subject to current Spanish legislation. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy arising in the interpretation or application of these Terms of Use or the content of the website in general, CASA LLIMONA and the user agree to submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile. If the user resides outside of Spain, CASA LLIMONA and the user agree, also expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
The following regulations shall apply:
- Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Conditions.
- Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
- Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
