The area has very good access both by car and public transport, being able to reach the city center in just 15 minutes. It is a very good area to live since it still has the character of 'town' but with the privileges of an urban area. The main tourist attraction is the Park Güell, one of the main works of Antoni Gaudí, and which is only 15 minutes walk from the apartment.
The area has several public transport services. The main ones are the Vallcarca and Lesseps metro stops. We also found the stop of FGC Av. Tibidabo, just 5 minutes walk from the apartment and that takes us to the city center in less than 15 minutes.

The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and a room with a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have balconies ideal for smokers. There is a bathroom with two showers, two sinks, and two separate toilets.
The kitchenis equipped with: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, plates, glasses, pots and pans.

It is a flat with high ceilings, original old Barcelona floor and very bright spaces.

High music and parties are prohibited. Guests staying in an apartment must know that, if parties or loud music is heard, or neighbors complain and / or call the police, this can lead to an immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night.
The tourist rate of Barcelona is € 6.25 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. It is not included in the price. Children under 17 are exempt.

According to city regulation, a picture of all of the guests' passports will have to be sent before arrival. The tourist tax of 6.25€ per person per night has to be paid upon your arrival, as required by the local government, Generalitat de Catalunya.
A holiday rental contract will have to be signed upon check-in
