The apartment of approx. 150 m2 has 6 rooms with double beds, two rooms with bunk beds and one single bed, in total capacity for 17 people, most rooms have wardrobe, desk and chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped with basic utensils for eating and cooking, as well as a fridge, microwave and oven.
The living area has sofas and armchairs and a dining table.
The bathrooms are spacious enough so that everyone can use them without problems. One of the bathrooms has two individual shower cubicles, a toilet cubicle, and two sinks. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink.
The house is very bright, exterior, with a large living room to live together. In the corridor, air conditioning for hot and cold is available, as well as electric radiators. The apartment also has a washing machine.
It is a beautiful and spacious apartment in the center of Barcelona, traditional Barcelona artisan mosaic floors, 5-10 minutes walk from the most tourist areas such as Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, Plaza Cataluña or La Rambla. The estate is listed by the Barcelona city council as a historic building.

According to city regulation, a picture of all of the guests' passports will have to be sent before arrival. The tourist tax of 6.25€ per person per night has to be paid upon your arrival, as required by the local government, Generalitat de Catalunya.
A holiday rental contract will have to be signed upon check-in
