With a semi-pedestrian street, it's very quiet and centric, only 5 min walking way to Passeig de Gracia and 10 min walking way to Pl. Cataluña.
Historical building from 1901, recently restored, retaining all the modernist details of his origin times. Original work by the architect Jose Pérez i Terraza, a follower of Gaudi and author of several modernist works such as Casa Caralt, Francesc Farreras house, Antoni Massana house (Calle Bailén), Ignacio Portabella tower (Avenida del Tibidabo 27, 1905), house on Balmes street, Federico Vallet house (Calle Enric Granados), and Llorens de Grau house (Calle Enric Granados).
The price includes the supplies and services of electricity, water and gas, elevator, video surveillance, rooftop with chill-out area, initial cleaning fee and WIFI.

For arrivals after 18.00hrs or on the weekend, there could be an extra charge, if it is the case, please get in touch with us.
According to city regulation, a picture of all of the guests' passports will have to be sent before arrival. The tourist tax of 6.25€ per person per night has to be paid upon your arrival, as required by the local government, Generalitat de Catalunya.
A holiday rental contract will have to be signed upon check-in
