Original work by the architect Jose Pérez i Terraza, a follower of Gaudi and author of several modernist works such as Casa Caralt, Francesc Farreras house, Antoni Massana house (Calle Bailén), Ignacio Portabella tower (Avenida del Tibidabo 27, 1905), house on Balmes street, Federico Vallet house (Calle Enric Granados), and Llorens de Grau house (Calle Enric Granados).
