Beautiful and spacious apartment in the center of Barcelona, traditional handcrafted mosaic floors of Barcelona, 5-10 minutes walk from the most tourist areas such as Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, Plaza Cataluña or La Rambla. The property is cataloged by the municipality of Barcelona as a historic building.
It is a farm with porter service and lift.
The house is very bright, all exterior, with a large living room to make life in common. Natural gas heating is available. In the hall, air conditioning is available for cold and heat. There is also a washing machine available.
The apartment has 6 double beds and two single beds, we have a total capacity of up to 15 PLACES, in which case we can place more beds, in addition all rooms have a wardrobe, desk and chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped with basic utensils for eating and cooking, as well as fridge, microwave and oven.
The bathrooms are large enough so that everyone can use them without problems. It is a bathroom that has three individual shower cabins, a toilet cabin, and two sinks. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink.

According to city regulation, a picture of all of the guests' passports will have to be sent before arrival. The tourist tax of 5.5€ per person per night has to be paid upon your arrival, as required by the local government, Generalitat de Catalunya.
